USA Cycling has created a new velodrome-specific waiver. This is the only waiver that needs to be filled out for all events held at the Ed Rudolph Velodrome for 2012. Since this waiver applies for any sponsors at USA Cycling sanctioned events at the velodrome it must be filled out COMPLETELY AND LEGIBLY or it will be refused at NCC sponsored event registrations.
